There is no doubt that Loudoun County, Virginia has some of the best real estate in the country. This conservative leaning county has the highest median income of anywhere in the country. The area retains home values well, which makes buying a home in the area a wise investment. While there are many old world homes still standing in the area the east side of the county has recently exploded with new development which is welcome news for people who want to enjoy an established neighborhood but want a new house.
